Pinch valve

A pinch valve is a new type of valve with a unique structural form, highly favored for its excellent wear and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for controlling the conveying systems of granular slurries or chemical media in various pressure pipelines.

Application Scope:‌ Chemical industry, petroleum, power generation, alkali plants, mineral processing, cement, coal preparation, non-metallic industries, etc. It can quickly control the flow and shut-off of concentrated granular materials in pipelines.

Applicable Media:‌ Paper pulp, sewage, slag, coal slag, sediment, etc.

Operating Temperature:‌ -30°C to 120°C. Higher temperatures can be customized upon request.

Pressure Range:‌ -0.3 to 2.5 MPa (specify when ordering).

Actuation Methods:‌ Manual, electric, pneumatic.

Valve Body Material:‌ Gray cast iron, aluminum alloy, carbon steel structural parts.

Main Valve Materials:‌

Valve Body:‌ Carbon steel, cast iron, cast aluminum, or plastic shell materials.

Valve Stem and Pressure Plate:‌ Carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel materials.

Fasteners:‌ Corrosion-resistant high-strength bolts; Grade: 4.8, 8.8.

Flanges:‌ Carbon steel, stainless steel materials (as per customer needs).

Valve Structural Characteristics:‌

End face sealing type is determined based on valve specifications and processing methods.

Simple valve structure, easy maintenance.

Greatly extends service life. During maintenance, remove bolts, only replace the rubber sleeve. The valve body can be reused multiple times, significantly reducing costs.

Rubber Sleeve Valve Applications:‌

Power plants, chemical plants: Use acid and alkali resistant rubber.

Mines (coal, iron, gold, non-ferrous metals, etc.): Larger particles, strong impact, use natural rubber or compounded rubber with stronger wear resistance.

High oil content: Use oil-resistant rubber.
