May Day Labor Day is approaching. In order to enable all employees to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday, according to the arrangement of the General Office of the State Council for the May Day Labor Day holiday and compensatory leave in 2025, and in combination with the actual situation of the company, the matters regarding the May Day holiday of our company are hereby notified as follows:
Holiday Schedule
From May 1st (Thursday), 2025 to May 5th (Monday), 2025, there will be a holiday with compensatory leave, totaling 5 days. The company will officially resume work on May 6th (Tuesday), 2025, and return to the normal working hours.
Notes
1. Safety First: Before the holiday, each department needs to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection, turn off all electrical equipment, close doors and windows, properly keep important documents and valuable items, and eliminate potential safety hazards. During the holiday, all employees must pay attention to personal and property safety. Especially when traveling or having fun outdoors, they should abide by traffic rules and take good personal protection measures.
2. Duty Arrangement: To ensure the safety and normal operation of the company during the holiday, the company has arranged dedicated personnel on duty. The duty personnel are required to strictly abide by the duty system, stick to their posts, not leave their posts without permission, keep communication unobstructed, and make good duty records. In case of any emergency or unexpected incident, they should report it in a timely manner and handle it properly.
3. Work Coordination: The heads of each department are requested to make work arrangements and coordination in advance to ensure the smooth completion of work before the holiday and an effective connection with the work after the holiday. If necessary, they can communicate with relevant departments or personnel in advance to ensure the continuity of all work.
4. Return to Work Preparation: All employees are requested to return to work on time after the holiday and devote themselves to work with a full spirit. If there are special circumstances that prevent them from reporting for work on time, they should go through the leave application procedures in advance and can take leave only after obtaining approval.
Tips
1. The May Day holiday is a peak travel period with a large number of people traveling and traffic congestion. Please plan your travel route and mode in advance and try to avoid peak hours to prevent delaying your itinerary.
2. While enjoying the holiday, please also arrange your rest time reasonably, maintain good living habits, and avoid overwork so that you can quickly resume your working state after the holiday.
3. If you have any work-related questions during the holiday, please contact the duty personnel or the head of your department in a timely manner.
